The Story of Our Creation

This space was born from a personal healing journey — one rooted in ancestral wisdom, spiritual realignment, and the deep need for sacred space beyond clinical systems.

After studying holistic healing under Queen Afua and gaining her licensure as a therapist, Rev. Queen Ravenden witnessed firsthand how disconnected and overextended so many of us had become. This center emerged as a response to that pain: a place to soften, reconnect, and come back into rhythm with self, spirit, and source.
